He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thomas Neumann and Dorthy Juanita Smith Neumann; his sister Patricia Neumann; and his grandmother Ozena Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Neumann of Canton, TX; his children, Robert Neumann (Marian) of Plano, TX and Ashley Marx (Pat) of Colorado Springs, CO; his brother Johnny Maurice Neumann (Mary) of Mabank, TX; his grandchildren, Thomas Henry Neumann and Anna Elizabeth Marx; and his sister-in-law Judi Yarbrough of Edgewood, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
