She is survived by: her children, Everardo Sanchez (Rebecca) of Edinburg, Sonia Jimenez (Rogelio) of Edinburg, Sandra Sanchez Govea (Jorge) of Donna and Arminda Sanchez Valle (Sergio) of Donna; and her siblings, Ramon Garza, Margarito Garza, Teresa Zambrano and Juan Garza.
