He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Tocquigny and Balbina Tocquigny; his brothers, George, Alex and Bobby; his wife Beverly Stone; his sister Rosalie Oelkers; his children, Yvonne Tocquigny, Elise Tocquigny and Sheryll Reynolds; his grandchildren, Travis Pantin, Laurel Pantin, Isaac Babb and Leslie Reynolds; and his great grandchild Ellis Schwartz.
