He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Milner; and his children, Jon Pack (Kelly), James Pack (Shannon) and Holly Scott (Ronnie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild due in June 2021; and 3 sisters; along with numerous friends.
