He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Browning and Cinderella Browning; and his wife Mary C. Browning. He is survived by: his children, Woodrow Clyde Browning, Richard Allen Browning (Rosie) and Marilyn Kay Holman (Skip). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to MacArthur Park Lutheran Church.
