He is survived by: his brother Fred Otis (Cathy) of Alex, OK; his niece Felicia Taylor (Chris); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tripp and Drey of Pocasset, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Fallon Otis of Alex, OK, Candy Koehler (Kagan) of Pleasant Hill, MO, Filaree Otis of East Mesa, AZ, Bronc Otis (Amy) of Silverton, TX, Farris Otis of Paulden, AZ, Donny McCauley (Becky) of Liberty, MO and Farron Otis (Theresa) of Beaumont, TX.
