He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walser and Mamie Walser of Canadian; his brother Eldon Walser; the mother of his children Donna Walser; his grandson Wesley McIntyre; and his great grandchild Josie McIntyre.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna Ann Durant; his wife Judi Walser of Allison; his brothers, Glenn Walser of Streetman and Weldon Walser (Annette) of Canadian; his children, Katrina Pendergrass of Amarillo, Gwen Sappenfield (Kent) of Amarillo, John Walser (Laura) of Canadian, Robert Walser (Tina) of Waxahachie and Melvonna Collier (Brent) of Amarillo; and his stepchildren, Jamie Nelson (Charles) of Allison, Julie Boydston (Gary) of Allison, Jay Robertson of Reydon, OK and Jody Robertson (Patty) of Eric, OK.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
