It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leron Dean Thompson Sr. of Canadian, Texas, born in Claude, Texas, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Ray and Olga Hogg Thompson; his wife Viola Longhofer; his sisters, Ranita Lynsky and Mary Jo Cox; and his granddaughter Heather Channel Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Innis (Terry) and Dean Thompson (Tana); his grandchildren, Jeff Innis, Eddie Innis (Kylene), Natalie Dawn Flowers (Danny), Lacie Thompson and Taylor Thompson; his great grandchildren, William Innis (Alyssa), Ethan Flowers, Savanna Innis, Elizabeth Gorecki, Kristopher Gorecki, Tyler Flowers, Kaleb Innis and Kade Innis; his great great grandchild Delilah Innis; and his siblings, Peggy Sewell and David Thompson.
