It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Cockrell of Canadian, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Moyer and Ester Moyer of Gage, OK. She is survived by: her children, Melvin (Ester Moyer), Buddy Cockrell and Amy Best (Kyle); her siblings, Ann McKay, Jane Harris (Richard) and Ned Moyer (Ulli); and her grandsons, Clint Cockrell (Jordan), Clay Cockrell (Samantha), Klancy Best (Kaysha), Trey Best and Ty Cockrell. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces, and numerous friends.
