He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley William and Florine Floyd; his brothers, Ronald, David and T. L. Floyd; his son B. J. Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Floyd and Susie Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Ilene Hance Floyd; his children, Wayne Floyd (Kayla), Travis Floyd (Sara) and Brandi Collins Wright (Derek); his brother Charlie Floyd (Alyce); his grandchildren, Allison Floyd, Kelsey Floyd Wise, Jessica Floyd, Rachel Floyd (Tate Williams), Baylee Floyd, John William "Howdy" Floyd, Chas Wright and Brynne Wright; and his great grandchild Colt Wise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Canadian (706 E Main St, Canadian, TX 79014). The military honors was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Erick Cemetery (12615 N 1750 Rd, Erick, OK 73645).
