With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Purser of Canadian, Texas, born in Washita, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 21, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavona Purser Sr. and James Melton Purser Sr.; and his brother-in-law R. C. Forman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Purser; his children, Tim Purser (Charity) of Lubbock and Tricia Cook (Jim David) of Canyon; his grandchildren, Shelby Purser, Kyler Purser, Brayden Cook, Brody Cook, Ben Purser, Landree Purser and Mckanna Garcia; and his siblings, Joyce Forman, Schertz, Gary Purser and Amarillo.
