He was predeceased by: his father J. T. Williams; his uncle Bill Williams; and his brother-in-law Danny Moman. He is survived by: his mother Loetta Williams of Canadian; his wife Kathy Williams of Canadian; his brother C. J. Williams of Canadian; his mother-in-law Clessie Ferris of Pampa; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Ferris (Ginger) of Pampa, Dale Ferris of Pampa and Christine Moman of Pampa. He is also survived by 5 nephews; 1 niece.
