He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Johnson and Ina Mae Johnson; and his siblings, Marvin Dale Johnson and Diana Sue Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Johnson; his daughter Cheryl McCormick (Tolley) of San Antonio; his granddaughter Tori Richards of Houston; his sister-in-law Elsa Johnson of Amarillo; his niece Zapryce Johnson of Amarillo; and his nephew Paul Johnson of Lubbock.
