She is survived by: her husband Jim Hash (Jim); her sister Donna Nettles of Liberal Kanas; her children, Daylin Hash (Tammy) of Caddo, Oklahoma, Dayla Cates (Lance) of Canadian and Jim Boy Hash (Jessica) of Kendall, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Kashlee Hash (Justin Eastwood) of Caddo, Oklahoma, Kayla Williams (Kyle) of Indianola, Oklahoma, Kade Johnson (Sergio Guadarrama) of Hudson, Jaylyn Hash, Jaytyn Hash of Kendall Kansas, Nathan Harbin (Jessica) of Denver Colorado, David Harbin (Shelby) of Caddo, Oklahoma, Ashton Macias (Travis) of Canadian, Texas, Terra Jackson (Kannon) of Caddo, Oklahoma and Colton Cates (Taryn) of Shamrock, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Treylin Henderson, Jadyn Eastwood, Kyler, Dexter Harbin, Karter Williams, Caisen Cates, Hazel, Lewis Macias and Kenzington Jackson.
