He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kauffman of Canadian; his children, Doyle Warren of Elk City, OK and Dana Koch (Eddie) of Lipscomb; his grandchildren, Trevor, Lily, Jacob and Kyler; his great grandchildren, Destinee, Lilly, Cyrus and David; and his sister Colette Matthews.
