He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Mary Frances Overturf (Michael) of Johnston City, IL and Jeanie Cates (Ross) of Canadian; his grandchildren, Jessica Cates Dickinson (Bo) of Panhandle and Marshal Cates of Canadian; his brothers, John Wagner (Mylinda) of El Reno, OK, Bob Wagner of Gore, OK, Kenneth Wagner (Pat) of Watonga, OK, Richard Wagner (Nettie) of Faye, OK and Gary Wagner of Shamrock; his siblings-in-law, Bill Porter of Spearman and Beulah Croasmun of Moab, UT; his sister Fern Porter; and his brother-in-law Jerry Croasmun. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
