He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Hornback (Joyce) of Ardmore, Oklahoma and Darlene Eads (Bill Branscum) of Pampa; his friend John Holt of Canadian; and also Elliott Don Meschke of Pampa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
