He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ramsey and Ora Ramsey; and his son William Tippy. He is survived by: his wife Tommie; his children, Edie Cannon Davis (Brent) of Amarillo, Eddie Cannon of Canadian, Robert Tippy (April) of Davenport, James Tippy of Chico and Teresa Brady of Gage, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Sutton, Megan Marie Cannon, Brenna Davis, Kelsey Tippy, Trinity Tippy, Ellie Tippy, Randy Tippy, Chris Tippy, Tia Brady, Tierney Walker, Summer Tippy, Justin Tippy, Kayla Tippy, David Tippy and Miranda Brady; and his siblings-in-law, Clarene Overall (Donald) of Covington, Lois Lightfoot of Graham and Thomas Lightfoot (Norma) of Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
