He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Rodriguez and Agripina Rodriguez; his siblings, Joaquin Bessera, Natividad Rodriguez, Maximo Rodriguez, Cleotilde Zapata, Guadalupe Zepeda, Jesusa Bustamante, Delphina Rodriguez and Benita Rodriguez Quintero; and his children, Paul Rodriguez, Jr. and Mary Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Rodriguez; his children, Gilbert Rodriguez (Anna) and Stella Garcia (Encarnacion) of Campbellton; his siblings, Pilar Rodriguez of St. Hedwig, Lydia Castillo (Roger) of Pleasanton, Maria Rodriguez of Pleasanton, Janie Torres (Lupe) of San Antonio and Valentina Miller of Pleasanton; and his grandchildren, Eduardo Garcia, Alejandro Garcia and Lynda Marie Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
