He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kanaman and Mazie Kanaman; his son Jack Keith Kanaman; and his siblings, James Roy, Roger, Robert Kanaman, Jean Kimberlin, Doris Hanis and Katherine Samples.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kanaman of Campbell; his children, Collin (Leah Kanaman) of Campbell, Lola Kanaman of Campbell and Lynn Blue (Paul) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Jackie McMinn (Rae Ann Elliott), Ashley Kanaman (Brooke Blue), Hannah Kanaman (Parker Blue) and Cole Burnett; and his great grandchild Kaydence McMinn.
