He is survived by: his parents, Hugh David Spradling, Sr. and Annie M. Spruill; his wife Teddie Spradling of Campbell; and his children, David Spradling of Campbell, Barbara Spradling-Pemberton (Gary) of Greenville, Judy Spradling Hartline of Crockett, Vickie Spradling Hartline of Campbell and Destiny Hartline of Commerce. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
