He is survived by: his wife Cyndi; his son Josh Vela; his siblings, Octavio and Nora DeLuna (George); his sister-in-law Rosie Vela; and his great-nieces, Akira (Desmond Lozano) and Zoe.
We, the family, would love for you to come to a memorial service to celebrate Art's life with us at FiveStone Community Church on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2:00 p. m. Protocols are in place for wearing masks with plenty of room for social distancing.
