She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bain and Grace Wells Bain. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Shipman; her children, Charles Shipman, Jr. (Billie) of Lake Jackson and Carolyn Marie Shipman of San Marcos; her grandchildren, Kasi Rickaway Marsh (Shawn) of San Marcos, Joshua Garrett Shipman (Kim) of Houston and Jacob Tanner Shipman of Austin; her great grandchildren, Mason Marsh of San Marcos, Jackson Shipman Thorn of Lake Jackson and Espen Yackel Shipman of Houston; her siblings, Helen Bain Craig of Del Rio, Gwen Bain Burress of Dublin, Alvin Bain of Abilene, Richard Bain, Sr., Curtiss Bain and June Bain Perkins; and her grandson Curtis Edward Rickaway.
