He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Jungmann Kelm; his parents, William Rudolph and Lillian Kelm; and his siblings, Dorothy Eileen Kelm, Adeline Laverne Kelm Schulz and Melvin Lee Kelm.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Kelm Blackmon (Robbie) of Double Oak and Kelvin Lane Kelm (Lisa) of Katy; and his grandchildren, Dr. Kayla Blackmon of Austin, Cameron Blackmon of Double Oak, Grace Kelm Turner of Austin and Nathan Kelm of Katy.
