He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Richard Ruzicka and Mary Jane Ruzicka (Svetlik); and his sons, Richard Lee Ruzicka and Robert Joe Ruzicka. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Ruzicka of Cameron; and his children, Paula Jane Ruzicka of Rosebud, Polly Anna Elkin of Frisco, Trinia Marie Runnels of Sherman, Jim Morgan Ruzicka of Houston, Ralph Allen Ruzicka of Cameron and Jack David Ruzicka of HoustonHalf. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home (2800 N Travis Ave, Cameron, TX 76520). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
