It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Earl Williams Jr. (Cameron, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Earl Williams Sr.; his brother Thomas 'Tom Williams; his grandparents, Lester, Beatrice Williams and Jack; and his parents-in-law, Don and Jo Wendel of Temple, TX..

He is survived by: his sister Debora Evans of Belton, TX; his nephew Thomas 'TJ Evans of Cameron, TX.; and his mother Jacquelyn "Jackie" Williams of Cameron, TX.

Rickey was named Citizen of the Year in 2023 for his outstanding contributions to the community.
