He is survived by: his wife Janice Dunsmoor of Minerva; his children, Daylon Ashley of Minerva and Shannon Eubanks (David); his siblings, Howard Dunsmoor and Darlene Meyers; and his grandchildren, Dakota Eubanks, Kylie Eubanks, Kassidy Eubanks, Skylar Fitzhugh, Alexis Stringer, Hunter Stringer, Kristopher Stringer, Brianna Stringer and Alyssa Stringer.
