She was predeceased by: her grandson Brandon Ray Church; her parents, Guy Pauley and Gladdine Pauley (Gray); her siblings, John E. Pauley and Carole O'Sada; and her child John Anderson Church.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Church of Rockdale, Jeff Church (Tonie Kay) of Tanglewood and Todd Church of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Cody Church, Amanda Bexley (Mike), Tyner, Teagyn and Amanda Church; and her children, Kayden, Hunter, Ray, Hailey Rogers (Blane), Brantlee, Mylee, Payden Church, Mercy Eldridge, Bailey Eldridge and Ashley Eldridge.
