He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Karber and Mabel Lafaun Karber (Gift); his daughter Micah Holcombe (Andy) of Cameron; his siblings, Sam Karber of Balko, OK, Bob Karber of Balko, OK and Lula Benton of Enid, OK.; his grandchildren, Luke, Mackenzie and James Holcombe; and his wife Lynda Karber.
