With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Denson Delano Rubac (Cameron, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rubac and Lydia Rubac; his wife Sharon Rubac; and his brothers, Marvin, Ronnie and Franklin Rubac.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl White (Jack White) and Lisa Roden (Curtis Roden); his grandchildren, Shelly White, Elizabeth White, Dustin Thomas (Heather Thomas), Caitlin Roden and Hayden Roden; his great grandchild Keaton Thomas; and his siblings, John Rubac, Lynwood Rubac (Sue Rubac), Lillian Haisler and Bobbie Williams.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home (2800 N Travis Ave, Cameron, TX 76520). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Memorial Park (209 Cemetery St, Buckholts, TX 76518).
