He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiburcio Castillo and Octabiana Gonzalez; his wife Esperanza Perez; and his children, Eliseo Castillo, Ranulfo Castillo and Ebodio Castillo.

He is survived by: his children, Pio Castillo of Rosebud, Celso Castillo of Cameron, Hilario Castillo of Cameron, Ignacio Castillo of Abeline, Juan Castillo of Lubbock, Pascuala Carmona of Cameron, Maria Sebastiana Ramos of Chicago, Justina Castillo of Guadalajara Jalisco, Eulalia Castillo of Chicago and Il42. He is also survived by 42 Grandchildren, 106 Great Grandchildren and 18 Great Great Grandchildren.
