It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Scroggins of Cameron, Texas, born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Royce Scroggins and Billye Jo Scroggins (McEver); his wife Wanda Scroggins of Cameron; his sons, Cody Butler of Crosby, Clint Concord of Amarillo, Cameron Butler of Baytown and Joseph Urias of Houston; and his siblings, Timothy Scroggins of Houston and Sharon Scroggins West of Goodrich Numerous. He was also cherished by Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
