He is survived by: his wife Donna Garrett of Calvert; his children, Thomas Neely Garrett, II (Jeanette) of Victoria, Nathan Scott Garrett (Tina) of Port Aransas and Joseph Daniel Garrett (Ambra) of Coolidge; his stepchildren, Mitchell Threadgill (Carolyn) of Tomball, Leslie Hancock, III (Raynie) of Franklin and Shannon Martel (Ricky) of Blackjack; his siblings, Donna Stone of Holt, Evelyn Garrett (Jack Caughman) of Kingsville, Linda Hancock (Leslie, Jr.) of Elliott and James Garrett of Kingsville; and his close friend Rowdy Beau Garrett. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
