He was predeceased by: his father Hildre Dock Brown; his siblings, Ramsey Earl Brown, Marcellon Newton, Herbert Newton Fields, Leroy Brown, Sr., Wilder "Ricky" Brown and Hilda Faye Brown-Johnson; and his nephew Larry Carl Brown.
