She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Gonzales and Louisa Gonzales; her son Louis Griego; her grandchildren, Freddie Lira, Jr. and Deanna Marie Griego; and her siblings, Jesus Gonzales, Nestor Gonzales, Gregorio Gonzales, Arcario Gonzales, Juan Gonzales, Joe Gonzales, Maria Aguirre, Simplicia Arguijo and Hercilia Hernandez.

She is survived by: her former husband Manuel Griego; her husband Tom Elliott; and her children, Marie Kurtz (Doug), Dr. Manuel Griego (Debbie), Minerva Fernandez, Dino Griego, Vivian Garcia (Arturo) and Miguel Griego (Mary). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
