He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Cooper and Jan Manning of Gatesville; his mother-in-law Lavern Rusk of Woodway; his wife Cheryl Cooper; his children, Candice Weiss-Cooper (Frank Weiss), Colleen (Mark Ducklow) and Carrie Cooper (Chad Rose); his siblings, Brian Keith Cooper, Michele Cooper and Richard Rusk; and his sister-in-law Cherryl Rusk. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
