She is survived by: her children, Tommy James (Tonya) and Teresa Barnes (Ross); her grandchildren, Kayla Ochocki (Ryan), Ryan James (Erica), Daylee Crane (Zachary), Brittney Essink, Nikki Roberts, Lanee Barnes, Kynlee Barnes and Abby Smith; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Camden, Cooper Ochocki, Elijah Mendez, Matty, Emma Essink, Palmer, Keegan James, Rylin and Radyn Smith.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Melva's memory may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation or Let Love Live Animal Rescue.
