It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Mary Adams of Call, Texas, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Adams and Mae Sonnier Lember; her siblings, Gloria Adams Toone, Douglas Adams and Donald Adams; and her nephew Quincy Dale Adams.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Amanda Baker; her great grandchildren, Brogan and Baylor; her son Vance E. Lopez Jr.; her grandchildren, Amarie, Luke and Mateo; and her children, Sye'Allan, Mackenzie, Hunter, Victoria, Javier and Lucas. She is also survived by her 10 children, 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
