She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boardman Blackburn and Ida Lee Farley Blackburn; her sister Ada Fay Blackburn-Roundtree; and her husband Joseph Page Billingsley. She is survived by: her sons, Alton Page Billingsley (Tammy Light), John Lee Billingsley (Robbie Berry Billingsley) and Colbert Blake Dragoo; her grandchildren, Carlton Page Billingsley, John Riley Billingsley, Brian Rivette Billingsley, Jada Reese Billingsley, Peyton Louise Billingsley and Kinley Mac Billingsley; her great grandchild Carson Page Billingsley; her brother James Robert Blackburn (Bobby); and her nephew John Louis Blackburn of Beeville.
Her Memorial service is presumptive planned to be held, after sufficient time of the Covid-19 pandemic to subside, on August 15, 2020 at the Jim English Cemetery in Crockett, Texas.
