She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Collier and Katherine Collier; her former husband Morris Whiteside; her son Phillip Whiteside; and her grandson Tyler Whiteside.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Wayne, Sheri Whiteside, Barbara, Mike Bowman, Brenda and Ronnie Smith; and her sister Sondra (Jesse Dent). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and countless "bonus" children, grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Concord Baptist Church (260 Co Rd 3306, Omaha, TX 75571). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
