Jackie Authement Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Authement Sr. of Call, Texas, born in Orange, Texas, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Authement and Yolanda Authement (Guidry); his granddaughter Christy Authement; and his siblings, Floyd Authement, James Authement, Jerry Authement, Tommy Authement and Ruby Gibbens.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Authement; his children, Jackie G. Authement, Jr. (Renae), Tommy Authement (Traci), Mike Authement (Eva), Andy Authement (Jacqueline) and Joy Day (Pat); his grandchildren, Monica Dodge (Sam), Candi Knowles (James), Brandon Authement, Cory Authement (Kimmy), Rachel Bennett, Matt Authement, Chase Authement (Maria), Eric Authement (Julie), Brooke Beatty (Tyler), Bret Poston (Katie), Deric Chisholm (Teona), Nakala Delarue (Joshua), Tyler Chisholm, Jarod Lehman and Breanna Harris (Parker); and his sister-in-law Julia Ann Williams (Larry). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
