He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Campbell and Roscoe Campbell, Sr.; his sister-in-law Jo Campell; and his grandson Erik Connor Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Campbell; his children, Sue (Dwayne Wilson), Karen (Mike Cook), Angie (Tim Landrum) and Sherman (Amanda Campbell); his brother Roscoe Campbell, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chrissy, Jeff Hall, Jamie Wilson, Brittany, Ethan Wood, Brooke, Jeremy Webb, Lauren, Brady Kennedy, Hogan Hobbs, Caitlyn Hobbs, Conner Campbell, Camryn Campbell and Cara Campbell; his great grandchildren, Coby Wynn, Emily Hall, Eli Webb, Clifton Hall, Hannah Webb, Caroline Wood, Beau Kennedy, Wade Wood, Adam Webb and Casey Kennedy; and his nieces and nephews, Kellye Campbell Cooper, Ashley Campbell and Janie Hinson.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home (2805 S Jefferson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
