He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lara and Martha Seelig (Lara). He is survived by: his wife Estela of Belton; his children, Rosie Lara of Belton, Tony Seelig of Temple and George Lee Seelig III of Belton; and his sister Sara Seelig Tovar of Little River.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hewett-Arney Funeral Home (14 W Barton Ave, Temple, TX 76501).
