We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2024, at the age of 59, Elroy Hawkins Jr. of Call, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Elroy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Elroy. Though Elroy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elroy Hawkins Sr. and Anita Stewart-Hawkins; and his children, Elroy Hawkins III and Elrahnisha Hawkins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Directors (7411 Wheatley St, Houston, TX 77088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
