It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Crispin Quintanilla Jr. of Call, Texas, born in Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Crispin Quintanilla Sr. and Maria Ozuna Quintanilla; his half-brothers, Ernesto Ozuna and Jose V. Ozuna of Caldwell, Idaho; and his siblings, Antonia Riley of Edinburg, Cecilia Garcia of Edinburg, Fidelfa Velasquez of Edinburg, Fidel Quintanilla of Edinburg, Alfredo Quintanilla of Edinburg, Jose F. Quintanilla of Bastrop and Dionicio Quintanilla of California.
He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Garcia Quintanilla; his children, Crispin III (Laura Hinojosa), Luis (Zulema), Albert (Maricela), Xavier, Tony Omar (Josie) and Selina Barrera (Michael); his grandchildren, Diego, Mia, Estevan, Emilio, Israel, Monica, Jessica, Angelika, Adriana, Joseph Anthony, Michael, Victoria and Vanessa; his great grandchildren, Camila and Dante; and his sister Maria H. Quintanilla Guerra. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
