She is survived by: her parent Sylvia June Clemons (Kelly); her spouse Kenneth Stevens; her children, Billy Stevens (Lou), Lee Ann Bosher (Ronnie) of Lisa Ratliff and Jana Barger; her siblings, Robert Gene Clemons (Rosemary), David Wayne Clemons, Brenda Jaynes, Dianna Winstead (Bob) and Debbie Bowlin; and also Kenneth Stevens. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
