She was predeceased by: her parents, Nasrose Nard (Bertha Nard) and Bertha Nard; her sibling Opheline Henry Jr.; her daughter Renae "Peaches" Franks; her grandchildren, Rosiland Mitchell, Rodney Washington, Derrick Henry and LaPrense Willis; and her siblings, Leoda Nard Soloman, Carrie Cooksey, Zenobia Gladney, Amos Nard and Matthew Nard.
She is survived by: her former spouse Elder Opheline Henry Sr.; her husband Rev. Moore Lee Franks; her daughters, Rosie Bridges, Bertha Alexander (Van), Loretta Strayhan, Barbara Gray (Darrius), Doris Raphu (Paul), Brenda Green and Jackie Teddleton (Tyrone); and her siblings, Loria McQueen (Homer), Joseph Nard Sr. and Deborah Nard. She is also survived by Mother Franks was blessed with 26 Grandchildren, 41 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren.
