With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Weldon Taylor in Caldwell, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Elizabeth Taylor and W. M. Taylor; his son Robert Wesley Taylor; and his sister Charlotte Ann Simpson. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Elizabeth Spikes (Rickey); his grandchildren, Garrett Taylor Briscoe (Hope Joy Briscoe) and Katelyn Elizabeth Lay; his great grandchild Gracie Ann Briscoe; his pet Lightening; his children, Rod Taylor and Rhonda Kay; his grandchildren, Nikki Pierce (Jonathan), Justin Taylor (Shelby), Jake Taylor and Pete; and his great grandchildren, Teagan and Gemma Pierce.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery (15984 TX-36, Somerville, TX 77879).
