He was predeceased by: his father James Edwin; his former wife Cindy; and his brother John. He is survived by: his mother Lanita Vick; his daughter Kayla; his fiancé Scott Mitschke; his aunt Jo Anna; his uncle Don Shipe; and his grandchildren, Kooper Williams, Anton, Jordan, Tyler Dodds, Matt Dodds, Katie Vick and Lee [Kassidy]. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
