He is survived by: his parents, Joe Smith and Sherri Welch (Jim); his sisters, Dawn Bowers (Brad) and Dana Kay (Todd); his stepbrother Brandon Welch (Stacey); his nieces, Rylee, Allie Bowers, Chaney and Charli Ann Kay (Brayden); his grandmother Lou Ann Englemann; his stepgrandmother Sylvia Welch; and his close friend Stacy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Caldwell Youth Baseball Association at PO Box 691, Somerville, Texas 77879.
